Founder of Epic IT Consulting, Hans Brabbit, didn’t start out with a goal to launch a consulting company. Instead, Epic IT Consulting was born of Hans’s own journey building and scaling a multi-million dollar IT hardware company. Initially, there was no true process in place—only paper trails and post-it notes. As a result, bookkeeping and inventory management posed constant headaches.
By documenting all moving parts and designing a workflow specific to the company, Hans was able to apply an inventory management system with automated workflow triggers, resulting in efficiently taking the business to the next level.
